Lois has a masters degree in clinical social work and is licensed as an independent practitioner of clinical social work in Washington. She has worked for over 25 years as a therapist where her focus has been on supporting women in their journeys toward self-awareness, understanding, and self-acceptance.

The spiritual path has been central in her life. She is a long time meditator, and has, for the past 10 years, been a student of the Diamond Approach®, a spiritual development school that uses modern and ancient methods from the East and West to help students access their True Nature. Her spiritual work has helped her connect with and honor that which is most real in her, and to connect as well with what is true in others.

She deeply values personal growth and has led an “examined life”- as a woman, a daughter, a mother, and a friend. She brings understanding, acceptance, respect and compassion for her own process to her work with other women. Lois has a deep desire to be of service to other women seeking to know and express their truth in the world.
